In conjunction with the design/space planning process and the furniture specification and costing process, we will provide you with a project programme, highlighting key dates and detailing each step of your project installation.

Depending on the size of the order and delivery location, deliveries will be either with our own vehicles or a haulage/carrier partner.
For small orders. Depending on location, Delivery will be either with our own vehicles or sent on a pallet.
For large orders, delivery would usually be by a transport company where arrangements are made and agreed prior to delivery for the customer to have the people available to off load from the vehicle.
Please ensure the items you purchase fit into your home/work place, through your main door, and through all internal doors, staircases and turns to their destination point. We will not remove doors or windows in order for delivery access, nor will we deliver to the room of choice if in the opinion of the delivery team, it is not possible to do so without risk of damage to the property or the item being delivered , or if it puts the delivery team at risk or likely to contravene Health and Safety Legislation.
